Collections:  Get the look

Example 1:

Consider grouping unusual items together, for example:  look for large, industrial, wooden spools, add to that several  metal wire spools that can be found in basements and garages at local estate sales. Gather candle tapers in varied colors and group them together for an unusual display for your mantel, bookshelf or tablescape.

Example 2:

Below,  consider grouping together three vintage ceramic bottles.  The bottles shown are in a robin's egg blue and amber honey brown, similar to what they are showing in the West Elm, Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel Catalogs.  The old barnwood boxes that mount to the wall, were available from Brooklyn Street Vintage on Etsy.com.  Paired with an old deer antler and each adorned with a single tulip stem, they make for an interesting and eyecatching display for the nature lover or naturalist.
